Fedex — order delay - no information provided and pathetic customer care service. | |
I have an order that was shipped on 08-may-2020 (Kolkata - dehradun) and it was promised to me that my order will be delivered within 4-5 working days. It has been 11 days as of now and i still haven't received the order. I understand that there are delays in orders because of the covid situation but the fedex customer care service is pathetic as they do not provide transparency regarding tracking service and providing misleading information. After a week from shipping date i called the customer care and they assured me the order will be delivered within next 24-48. The shipment was to follow mumbai-gurgaon-dehradun as per the customer care executive but the shipment is in ambala as per the tracking service. The tracking service in this case also does not provide any delay information and updated delivery date & time. Also, i've been trying to reach customer care but their numbers are switched off. I would not recommend fedex service to anyone as it is very unprofessional. Was this information helpful? | |
