I had a package sent to me from Beijing, China on 03/12/2021. It has been more than a month and this parcel has not reached me as yet. All details with regards to the clearance of the package (ie; KYC details etc.) has been provided from my end. Umpteen number of emails regarding this has also been sent, to no response or action from your side.
I'm honestly truly fed up with this lax attitude from your side @Fedex. Why have a customer care number which NOBODY ever picks up ?! How can all your staff be busy or "attending to some important work " all the time? It beats me.
The package has been stuck in Bangalore and there seems to be absolutely no information regarding it.
Kindly help out with this situation please @Fedex.
