My package tracking no.:[protected].
FedEx in India called me asked me to submit my KYC forms, etc for customs clearance and I submitted as per their request.
Now ( by email) they are said INVOICE with package is lost( said that it is human error and some how they lost invoice). As I am recipient of the package I won't have any invoice. I also asked the sender about the INVOICE and got reply that it is not possible for invoice for the package left to India(for me) as it is already accompanied with Invoice.
Asked FEDEX India customer care who called about " why and how invoice is lost." Without invoice( without PROPER PAPER WORK) FedEx will not ship the package from USA to INDIA.
But without answer they are simply asking for invoice copy.
Please solve the issue and help to receive my package containing educational materials about JAMES WEBB SPACE TELESCOPE. Was this information helpful? |
