Fedex — package mis-delivered

We have been trying to reach out to fedex for several days now with absolutely no response from their end. A package scheduled for delivery on oct 5th was misdelivered by fedex to a wrong address and despite several phone calls to their customer service; fedex isn't responding. We've been given several complaint numbers and promises by fedex with no actual response. Current complaint number is [protected].
We're hoping thru this forum the matter can be escalated and our package delivered correctly.

Updated by vishalbhargava73 Oct 12th 2019 Update: Spoke with customer service and was informed that despite several complaints; no one from Fedex team was assigned to resolving the matter. So customer is complaining twice daily but Fedex hasn't even raised an internal request to investigate is what I am currently being told by the agent.
