I was supposed to receive a parcel from canada which was sent on Jan 14th 2022 and received an email from Ashini Mathew on Jan 26th regarding more documentation.
From FedEx team Ashwini Mathew (Clearance Support Admin) FedEx Express Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa (MEISA) who is the one alert the invoice is not clear and need to submit further documents through email.
* KYC
* write up for contents clarification with end use of contents, HS code or any duty exemption benefit available for the same.
All the required documents from my end are submitted and still I dint get any reply from them, after so many trying of call Aswini Mathew picked the call and told with in 24 hr or 48 hrs they will update the form and status will be update. I'm waiting for so many days, I tried calling them for proper reply and the status of my product.. but they not at all picking up the call.. customer care is useless no solutions they have.. other than asking my details again and again.. what I have to do now ? It's been more than a month.
In mail they mentioned every day of delay the addition chargers will be get added and also they stated this
"Shipments pending clearance for more than 3 days from the date of arrival are subject to the following demurrage/Warehousing charges as applicable: " and the list charges depending on days it is stored in warehouse.
What I have to do now I dono. WHERE TO SEEK HELP !?
