[Resolved]  Fedex — Package not received

I have a package sent From United Kingdom on 27/07/2016 and was scheduled to be delivered on 30/07/2016. Fedex representative called me on 28/07/2016 requesting for KYC document with authorization letter along with my ID and address proofs. I sent all the documents requested on the same day (28/07/2016). However, Fedex did not update these until 01/08/2016, I had to chase them continuously for 3 days and after nearly 15 calls and some hard talk, dialog with respective department was initiated. Since, 01/08/2016 tracking status is clearance in progress (Today 05/08/2016 time 23:31). Fedex customer service sucks and they have no responsibility, they just evade from scenario and give no particular solution.

Another package from same vendor sent through DHL on the same day 27/07/2016 has been delivered on 01/08/2016
WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AND REQUEST OTHER NOT TO USE FEDEX TO HAVE PEACE OF MIND

My shipment from US was to delivered by 1.8.16, but still it is not delivered .Each executive who replies from [protected]@fedex.com dose not even read the previous email.

Now they are coming with ideas like incorrect address and contact no.
when electricity, bank etc bill can come in the same address. what is their problem.

Both the shipments that came from US are not delivered . no reply for emails ???? worst courier company . I have given AWB no so many times
