After posting my last complaint on here, FedEx India reached out to me. They said they needed several documents, and I sent it to them, the day it was requested. I resented it to them the day after, and again today as well. It has been 3 days, and there is no response again. I am truly frustrated with the lack of responsibility FedEx has for their customers.
First of all, the opened a package that I've sent to other countries, with similar contents without an issue. However, India loves to keep things in customs just to tax and charge money. I am very disappointed in FedEx's service, if I had known this would cause me great suffering in sending a friend a gift which they didn't receive on time, I would have NEVER sent it with FedEx. I am still calling everyday, it is FedEx's responsibility to clear the customs after we have provided all the documents. It is completely frustrating. FedEx India, ship my package out as quick as possible, please. I beg that you do.
