[Resolved]  Fedex — Package stuck at Customs since more than 1.5 months

I have two packages imported through FedEx but inspite of providing all the paper work for more than 5 times, they are still at the Airport waiting for customs to clear it.

Below are the awbs
Package1: Awb[protected]
Package 2: Awb[protected]

Every time I mail them they only say that the all documents are submitted and we are just waiting for further process but I don't receive any updates regarding what the issue is. I have no clue if the package is even present or not.

This is very annoying because I have written then them hundred of emails and called customer care.
