I sent a package in mid April of 2022, for my package to be delivered to Coimbatore India, on April 21st, 2022. It is May 31st, 2022 and the package is still in customs and it still has not been cleared. I have been calling every single day for more than a month for any package updates, and the FedEx customer service has told me that all the KYC documents have been approved and accepted of.
As I do keep calling everyday, it's frustrating how it's been there for a more than a month, and there's nothing, and I have no idea with what's going on with my package, as they keep telling me I will receive a call from the customs, but it has been for way too long. I am unhappy with this service, and I have found out that many people have faced this same issue with FedEx, please help me out. Was this information helpful? |
