I had sent a package to Spain sometime in August, the package got returned because Fedex missed some documentation.
Airway Bill[protected] Invoices Issue[protected]
They called and assured me that if package get's returned they will refund the amount they charged for the delivery. It has been almost 3-4 months, I have written them so many emails and called customer care but there hasn't been any update on it. They informed that the refund request is being processed under ticket# C[protected] but there is no update on this even after many follow ups.
