My parcel from New Jersey’s was sent on 07 jan 2022 and was scheduled for delivery of 10th jan 2022 with international priority.
It did reach bangalore on 11 jan however since the last four days the status is "Shipment exception Delay beyond our control", with no delivery dates.
Checked on https://eccsmobility.cbic.gov.in/eicimobility/import for customs update and it says "CBE not yet filed"
Tried speaking to customer care and every time they are giving a different reason and story.
Absolutely clueless on why they are not moving it, and there is no communication from Fedex on duty or any other hurdle, and Customer service also doesn't seem to be of much help use less customer care .
My KYC documents are submitted and approved. ..
Its an item i purchased for our regular supplier for office use - a genuine purchase and not a gift.
Pls. help me with the delivery..
