Fedex — Parcel at bangalore customs for 6 days and CBE not filed yet | |||
Tracking ID[protected] My parcel from japan was sent on 01 feb 2021 and was scheduled for delivery of 4th feb 2021 with international priority. It did reach bangalore on 4th feb, however since the last six days the status is "Shipment exception Delay beyond our control", with no delivery dates. Checked on https://eccsmobility.cbic.gov.in/eicimobility/import for customs update and it says "CBE not yet filed" Tried speaking to customer care and every time they are giving a different reason and story. Absolutely clueless on why they are not moving it, and there is no communication from Fedex on duty or any other hurdle, and Customer service also doesn't seem to be of much help. My KYC documents are submitted and approved. .. Its an item i purchased online for personal use - a genuine purchase and not a gift. Pls. help me with the delivery..
