This was regarding the parcel ( a birthday present) which i sent via Fedex on 16 feb 2022, tracking no[protected] from australia to india.
The parcel was sent on 16th feb 2022 and it reached customs in delhi on 19feb 2022. After waiting two days i called fed ex india, and one of your customer service representative told me it was hold for custom clearance.
Two days silent and again i followed up to your customer service india and then they asked me to submit some documents to kyc fedex. I submitted the documents and then one of your representative told me your kyc is approved and we will delivered the parcel on Monday(28 feb 2022).
again after two days they said my parcel is still under process for clearance. I don't understand whats going on. Yesterday one of your representative gave me a landline number to call you but no answer. Customer service hung up in between the call so many times.
I already paid the $495.80 now i don't understand what money you are talking about.
It was under a express delivery which was supposed to deliver on 22nd feb 2022. And i was the one who keep on calling and asking about the status.
And now today i received this email saying in need to pay Rs.15333 (almost $300). Are you for real??
For the stuff worth $300 i paid $495.80 for delivery and you asking me for more money.
On 3rd march 2022 revised invoice submitted.
Today is 7th march2022, just did a followup myself, again they dont know the exact status of my parcel.
