Fedex — Parcel not received even after a month

On 2nd dec the parcel was been been picked up for delivery from Chennai to Pune. The shipment was in banglore facility for many days then it was shipped to Pune that too it was given to SPOTON delivery partner. Me and sender both have called the customer care representative almost everyday ...everyday we got same answer that shipment is at nearest location it will get delivered in 48 hrs ..weeks went but it dint ...Every time same answer was given that delivery partner could not be made due to wrong address which is next to impossible but still as our duty every damm day we have updated address to the customer care representative but again next day when we would call we got same answer that status is wrong address...Such a pathetic service
