[Resolved]  Fedex — Parcel stuck in custom clearance

I was supposed to get my parcel delivery on 5th october. It is in customs clearance since 4th october. I submitted all the kyc documents and also got confirmation email of same. But till today i have not received my shipment. I already called customer care almost 15 to 20 times but they don’t know what to do. All they say is to wait. Worst company ever. Why would i choose fedex express delivery if i want to wait! I will never use fedex services for international shipment. My awb is[protected]
