I have contacted fedex indian customer service and they advised me to send kyc authorization letter and id proof to [protected]@cogenteservices.in
And [protected]@fedex.com. I have already sent it and below is the response i got from kyc:

Question: why should i send hard copy again to above address? Are you guys joking? To send one item to india i have to courier another document.
I have sent soft copies to their email id still they are playing with me?
This may cause delay in my scheduled delivery.
