Fedex — Poor communication/ Lack of Professionalism

I sent a package to Bangalore India on 10/27
I have asked for a support ticket to be opened 3x .
I finally got an email today for my support ticket C[protected] Ref-4163
I have never had such poor communication and lack of timely follow up.i sent the request 2 weeks ago. In have emailed back and forth the a FedEx India team over 60x.
No resolution
I didn’t fill out the Commodity sheet — FedEx did, now I am finding out this is how they calculate Custom charge.
I think this is a money game and they now have my package and won’t send back without paying….
