FedEx was scheduled to deliver a set of 3 pieces, on 1/15/2022. All 3 pieces were on the truck and "Out for Delivery". The driver only delivered 2 pieces. When I contacted FedEx Customer Service, they assured me that it will be delivered the next day. That didn't happen. To make matters worse, I called them every day since, and every morning I received a notification that the package was on the truck and "Out for Delivery". It is now 1/21/2022, and I am still waiting for it. It is very frustrating when FedEx customer Service pretends to be concerned of any inconvenience that it may have caused me. They always tell me that they will take care of it, and that I will receive my package the next day. if it were up to me, I would not use FedEx for products that I purchase online, This is not the first time that I have an issue about my deliveries with FedEx.
