I shipped a motorized massage bed Ceragem. When it arrived the box was damaged and motor did not move rollers. It was very difficult to get through on phone for help and they repeated to go on line for a claim. I was not able to load images on their very confusing website. Later I got it, claim denied, I summitted again and have other documentation. I am not able to add to cost of repair documents. the customer service has disconnected me several times, claims tells me to go on line. they sent without my knowledge to pick bed and driver called me and I had no idea. I have insured this bed for $1100 and will probably will end up paying out of pocket to repair due not not being able to use their web site. the bed was several hundred dollars to ship. I drove up to the address that the driver was going to take my bed, it was the FedEx office. no one there said they could help. I was directed to a phone, in a room next door that told me to call claims again, claims said that claim was denied. I insisted that someone help me submit a new claim, and finally someone said it was not their job, but resubmitted another claim with some of the documentation, photos. I just got a estimate of the bill and cant submit it now! I have spend hours on the phone, and computer. I cant submit photos or doucuments here as I am a senior at a public library Was this information helpful? |
