Our shipment are received 27th Jan and 29th Jan 2022, fedex team made complicated on Kyc for personal shipments. After visiting to airport they said aadhar card enough to clear the shipment and flied on 31st. But upto now no progress on shipments .Mr. Melwin is co ordinator for our shipments, he always gives diplomatic answer for our queries. They don't have clarity when shipments will clear.
No proper response from customer care and emails.even though we have visited multiple times airport they are bothered about customer priorities.
