Fedex — Regarding inordinate delay in shipment delivery

My shipment with tracking number[protected] had encountered custom clearance delay. I have completed the necessary documentation and received the email too from fedex that the consignee's documentation is complete. But shippers documentation is pending. I have contacted the shipper personally and found that fedex personnel havent reached out to them for any assistance concerning clearance. Its been a week since theres no update for my shipment. My contact attempts to custom care are in vain, as my emails dont get replied even. This is absolutely irresponsible behavior of fedex personnel. Fedex being one of the premier couriers, such stuff isnt expected from it. Im urgent need of my shipment. Despite sharing all the documentation and coordinating with the shipper, who has also mailed fedex regarding processing of clearance, there is no response. I am being informed that shipper documentation is incomplete & vice versa. I urge fedex to get my shipment delivered asap.
