Fedex — Regarding KYC documents and error while submission KYC and no proper response from FedEx team | |
I am not able to upload the desired KYC documents because KYC page/KYC link of FedEx is continuously showing error and not allowing me to upload the documents against my AWB, I have tried to reach out FedEx team's customer care number as well as KYC team's number but my problem has not got resolved yet and instead I am continuously getting reminder mail and call from their side that I have to update my KYC documents. It's been more than 6 days that my consignment is on hold because of KYC reason and FedEx people are not all interested in resolving my issue. Was this information helpful? | |

It's been more than 6 days that my consignment is on hold because of KYC reason and FedEx people are not all interested in resolving my issue.
I've never seen such pathetic service.
