Fedex — Returning my package

I had my package(old laptop) shipped to nigeria on 24th june 2016. the courier charge for sending the package from india to nigeria is 9900 for 2.5 kg package. when i went to the local fedex office to get the package shipped i was told i can cancel the package whenever i want. after a week the package arrived at nigeria( didnt got delivered to consignee) and i requested the fedex customer care executives to return the package to me and they told me i will have to pay the return charges, so i agreed. and after calling 20 times and sending 20+ emails i finally got the quote for return charges and it took one month for them just to give me the return charges. The amount they told me was very shocking and unacceptable that is 34000 INR. i asked them hundreds of times why are they charging so much when i shipped it to nigeria just for 9900 INR and even the nigeria currency is less thn indian currency. they are charging so much so that we dont give them money and so they can just get the laptop for free. this is happening with hundred of other consumers. they are following mean and wrong practises. i want my product back for which i have to pay 34000 INR and the laptops value is just 5000 . this way they know that no one will pay 34000 for getting back a 5000 rupees laptop and so as we dont pay they wont give us laptop back and they get it for free. we told them we are ready to pay 10000 which should be the actual charge. they are just cheating with us and want our laptop for free by asking such high amount which is not legal.
