I have shipped one package against tracking number[protected] dated on 27th june, when i called fedex customer care for rto they told me to email them on [protected]@fedex.com so i emailed them on 28th june and they reply
(With reference to your below email, please be informed that we have forwarded the below information to the respective destination team.
The request no which may be used in this regard with respect to your future communications is [protected].
Our trace team will co-ordinate with operations to arrange delivery.)
Next day i. E 29th june i have sent the reminder mail but they have sent me the same email as above.
30th june shipment has been delivered to customer. So i called fedex customer care and told them when i emailed you not to deliver the package then why you have delivered they reply if you want the rto then why u have shipped and also they told me that i have to pay for pick up now
