Fedex — scheduled delivery missed multiple times | |
I am extremely disappointed with fedex courier service. A package was shipped to me in kerala on 13/7/2020 and i havent received it till today (27/7/2020). I have tried to call customer care but no one answers. Finally i wrote to [protected]@fedex.com and got a reply that they’re investigating. I wrote to them twice and each time they replied they’re investigating. Whenever they reply, the package moves one more step closer to delivery. Am i expected to keep emailing at every stage?! The original delivery date promised was 21/7/2020. It then got a revised scheduled delivery date of 24/7/2020 & after another email correspondence the scheduled delivery date became 27/7/2020 & that date has been missed too!! I dont know how many more stages are left before the parcel reaches my hands but its already two weeks since the parcel was sent and this kind of service is worse than snail mail! Parcels sent after 13/7/2020 through a different service has been delivered to me! Yet the shipment through fedex is still not arrived! Can someone address my issue urgently as i cannot accept any more delays!! Was this information helpful? | |
