This complaint is regarding awb no.[protected] which is not getting delivered instead of my repeated requests with the customer care and local vendor. I'm really frustrated with the behavior of one of the top courier companies across the world.
The shipment goes out for delivery since last 3 days, handed over to some authorized agent for delivery and goes back to local fedex facility everyday.
The scheduled delivery date which was of 10.09.2018 has already passed 4 days back.
This never used to happen when delivered directly by fedex instead of any third party agent.
Has been in touch with the customer support since last 3 days and instead of their repeated assurances, the shipment is not getting delivered.
Got to talk to the local vendor through customer support and his excuse is that address is not correct, when i have got more than 10 shipments delivered to the same address every time from fedex.
Fedex customer support says i'm lucky that i got vendor's contact no. Even if he doesn't picks up my call when tried more than 20 times since morning today.
