[Resolved]  Fedex — shipment[protected]

Address:FeDex, Bangalore, India, Kollam, Kerala, 691532

Hi, I have an issue with a shipment sent from the US to Kerala, India, which is now 'stuck' at Bangalore. The tracking website lists: A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
Recommended action: Please call FedEx Customer Service.
I am not sure where to find the form or where to contact. Need immediate assistance.
