I am writing this to explain how this shipping is being handled.
This is a gift I purchased (wristwatch /band) from USA for a family member in India. This is not a commercial item.
After going through KYC requirements I realize it is not worth using FEDEX for international shipment as it was already taking so long and FEDEX India team was taking it's sweet time and could not help me in delivering this shipment.
Si I requested RETURNING of this shipment back to me and went through the steps necessary including agreeing to PAY the shipping charges for shipment back to USA( to me/Shipper).
This was almost 2 weeks ago. I have still not gotten any legible answer. Instead getting help, I'm threatened that I would be charged for Warehouse/custom charges for a shipment that was never delivered.
This is unreasonable.
I really need some meaningful help. Or I would not hesitate to pursue actions that is available here in USA.
So please HELP resolve this asap.
