Hi, I have sumbitted kyc documents and fedex auth form on 17th june. But still status is not updated, when i contacted fedex through customer carevia phone:[protected]. Below are the responses from fedex. On21st:we have received kyc docs and status will be updated in next 24-48hrs On24:we have received kyc docs and status will be updated in next 24-48hrs On25:we have received kyc docs and status will be updated in next 24-48hrs On26:we have received kyc docs and status will be updated in next 24hrs On27:today fedex team is saying there is no eta, really dont understand what is going on with my package.
