Fedex — Shipment not cleared on my IEC, GSTIN, AD code documents were uploaded in KYC.

Hello Sr/ Madam,

My AWB number is[protected]. Shipment is from Access USA to India.

in KYC i have uploaded my IEC - IRJPS6307C, AD code - 6380198 registered on ACCDEL4 and my GSTIN : 03IRJPS6307C1ZT.

Upon import of goods i was asked to present BIS, Bank statement and invoices which were verified by Customs officials.

the goods were released yesterday, But i have some issues.

My concerns are -

1. Goods not cleared on my IEC IRJPS6307C but on IEC IIHIE0153E not belonging to me. (refer to bill of entry)
2. My AD code is 6380198 but cleared on 6431561. (refer to bill of entry)
3. HSN codes not used as described. (some are subject to 0% BCD)

Applicable HSN[protected], 91021100, 85182900, 9965

4. My GSTIN number not used 03IRJPS6307C1ZT so how will i claim refund on GST if applicable.

Please look into matter also including 0% GST on Fedex transportation of good under GST HSN 9965.

I have been asked to pay about nearly 100% fees of value of my items to fedex as Customs and IGST which they have not filled correctly.
