My order was shipped from USA on 8th October 2020 and it arrived in India on 14th October 2020.
The delivery date according to FedEx was 14th October 2020.
It has been a while now that I have been trying to contact FedEx customer service.
I emailed them on [protected]@fedex.com as well and I received a generic response with no answer to my questions. The replied to me 6 days after I sent the email.
What has happened to FedEx?
Not only that, the customer service people hung up on me at least 15 times when I asked about my shipment.
One customer service person actually helped and forwarded my request to the higher department. They called me back.
And, guess what? They stopped answering my phone and even added me to the block list.
No one is telling me what exactly is happening with my shipment. Where is it and when it is going to be delivered.
FedEx has the worst customer service nowadays.
My shipment is worth $430, which is a lot for me.
All I want is my shipment to be delivered ASAP.
FedEx has not even updated tracking since 6 days now.
And, in tracking they wrote "Customer has requested non-express clearance."
I never asked for a slow service. Why would I ever ask for a slow service?
Who in their right mind would request non-express clearance.
This is complete cheating and fraud.
I want my shipment delivered ASAP.
