I am able to see in the tracking page as the shipment is in transit from last friday(29th April 2022) but it looks like there is no update after that. I tried to get an update from the Customer Care but they informed me that Custom clearance is still pending. This process is going on for the last 17 days I have been continuously monitoring the status and given all the required documents as and when asked. From the 15th of April 2022, I am working on getting the shipment to clear the customs and continuously trying to get in touch with the Customer care provide the required information as and when asked for, But I came to know that your customer care did not clearly provide the list of required document that need to be submitted for Kyc and Custom clearance. Whenever I submit a set of documents there comes another mail asking for a different set of documents.If the initial communication was sent to the correct mail address I would have responded accordingly but due to the mistake from you side now I have to pay for the Shipment delay and other charges which you will put as part of the customs clearance and warehouse hold for 17 days. I need a waiver of the shipment's warehouse fee as it is a delay caused from your side due to miscommunication and I have been continuously giving all the required details as and when it is asked for.Even I tried multiple times to connect with you but there i s no response from your side.
Consider this as a high priority and provide a concrete ETA as these shipments are from clients and we have to provide an ETA to them. Also the work we have planned is also getting delayed. Was this information helpful? |
