My tracking number for Fedex international priority is [Protected and can be found in attached screenshot]. Its been stuck with same status "Clearance Delay" and recommended action on top of the page says "No action required at this time" from December 3rd and its more than 15 days.
I have been calling Fedex customer care every day over the last few days only to get different statuses \ responses like "Customs has lot of backlog", "It will be cleared today", "Send email to our fedex customs team", "Do you know who is working on your case?" etc with no proper response nor resolution.
Please let me know when and how I can get my package.
