[Resolved] Fedex — shipment to india

Hi my awb number is[protected]. The shipment is with team fed ex for above 20 days now. It if for my business. They messed it up because of two boxes in one shipment and now they're not releasing my shipment from delhi. The customer care is useless and so their clearance agent - imran parmar, neither does he get on call or help. I am sick of fedex. Because of their mistake i am paying the cost
