[Resolved] Fedex — Shipment undelivered | |||
My tracking id is[protected]. My shipment has been returned to seller with a reason that customer is not reachable. No one has visited our apartment or tried to call us. I have given two numbers for contact and with out taking my consent the shipment has been returned to seller. Very irresponsible behavior from the agency. Totally disappointed. When i called to customer care their response is that the third party delivery agency has returned it we cant do anything. How insane is the reply. I never expected such replies from wellknown agency like Fedex. Was this information helpful? | |||
