Fedex — Stuck at clearance

Hi my shipment has been stuck at clearance. Shipment number[protected]
It says a specialised form/statement is required for clearance from recipient side, I’ve submitted all documents and my duties/ customs have been paid while billing of the shipment. I’ve tried calling the customer service hasn’t been connecting. Kindly allow my shipment to be delivered to the address.
