Fedex — Stuck in clearance process - Fedex is not responding from any medium Email/Chat/Phone bad service

My shipment is stuck in clearance approval, No response from Fedex on its approval timeline. At least 10 times called to customer care number and chat. No one it picking up, not even replying to mail. On expected delivery date. Bad service.
