Fedex — stupid fedex agents, clearance team and whole company. clearance delay without a reason | |||
I had a parcel coming from Hk to India. Same consignment has been delivered by fedex just a week ago. and now my new consignment with tracking id[protected] is laying in new delhi customs since 21st march and status is just saying - clearance delay. its been 7 days already, i am calling 3 times a day and but those ### dont move their ### to actually check whats wrong. i called customer support, clearance support everyone and no one seems to bother. just copy past replies, we are trying our best. Trying your best to do ###? nothing is producing with your tries... no body has any clues why is the delay and when can i actually get it. Stupid company hired stupid worthless people on the job.. They love to ### customers.. They damn had no idea how much i am in trouble because of this delay. Was this information helpful? | |||
