[Resolved]  Fedex — Totally unprofessional attitude of Fedex; no respect for customers in-time delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is for your information that I had scheduled a pick up of my transcripts under the Fedex student scheme on 25/04/2017. I was allotted a pick up time between 7PM to 8PM on 25/04/2017. However, no one turns up in the meanwhile and I had to call the customer care number[protected].

The customer care representative Ms. Samriksha keeps me on hold for almost 10 mins and informs me that the pick up person is on the way and will have the package collected. After 5 mins, I get a call from a Fedex warehouse manager in Kompally (outskirts of Hyderabad) saying that the pickup van has broken down near Bachupally (also outskirts of Hyderabad). I had to myself drive about 10 kilometers in the night to handover the package that late night keeping in view the package should not get delayed.

My package was originally to be delivered on Thursday 27/04/2017 by 10:30 AM local time in Raleigh, USA. However, due to the trained experts Fedex has, my package shows a delivery time of Friday 28/04/2017 by 10:30 AM. Who is to blame for this delay of 24 hours? I need to take this up with the higher authorities at Fedex since this can jeopardize my chances at a US university. Looking for your prompt action and hoping to hear from you soon.

Update: My current package tracking in Fedex website shows a delivery scheduled at 10:30 AM local time at Raleigh on Monday 01May 2017. What is this, a joke? Fedex better learn to respect customers timely delivery commitment. We have paid for it, not getting service for free. Bloody suckers at Fedex. I better go with UPS next time.

Update on 02May 2017 [10:30 AM IST]: My package is still undelivered and now it gives a revised time of delivery as Tuesday 02May 2017 [10:30 AM Raleigh time]. Fedex is a totally useless company soon going to be bankrupt. Dont waste your precious money on such a bull$#!& company. Suckers! Totally!

It's been 3 days past my order to be delivered ... It is rediculus that no one is responding from there side
