Fedex received my package on 1/6/22 in the evening and estimated a delivery of 1/9.
Since 1/9 it has been delayed, and delivery estimate is still pending. It's now 1/14 with no delivery updates. Despite no delivery updates, the package has remained in transit. While in transit, it has gone from Denver to Thornton and now BACK to Denver within the last 48 hours... still no delivery update.
Why even provide services like tracking and delivery estimates/info... very disappointed in having paid for this shipment because whether or not the tracking info is accurate... IT'S STILL ALMOST A WEEK LATE. And don't worry Fedex, the contents of the shipment are only MATERIALS THAT I USE TO MAKE A LIVING... ya know... MY LIVELIHOOD. I can't just sit here and wait for Fedex to get their act together... I actually operate on deadlines unlike Fedex
In my opinion, I feel as though Fedex should refund the shipment fee in full and actually provide a delivery date. Services were not AT ALL how they were described.
Never using Fedex if I don't have to in the future. It's so obvious that there is an upper management issue... typical corporate greed stuff I imagine Was this information helpful? |
