[Resolved]  Fedex — Unable to submit documents at KYC Portal

I have a shipment coming from US to India, which requires KYC documents to be submitted for customs clearance. I submitted my KYC documents initially and they were rejected. I am asked to reupload the new documents to the KYC portal. However I am unable to reupload the new documents on the KYC portal.

When attempting to reupload, it shows an error message "Kyc document should be in Incomplete status". When I call customer care, they say that the old rejected documents are still in audit phase, so I need to wait until audit is complete to reupload. However, it has been more than 24 hours since the old KYC documents are in audit phase and my inability to reupload new documents is delaying my delivery date.

My request is for the old KYC documents to be audited as soon as possible so that I can reupload a fresh set of new KYC documents. Thank you

Update - without even once calling the customer, FEDEX is showing status as "CUSTOMER REFUSED DELIVERY". WHAT KIND OF FRAUD IS THIS????

This package, a gift, was booked with Fedex at an international location on 07 April. After unexplained delays it reached India on 20 April. Customer Service rang repeatedly reg. KYC. There were some communication gaps (ringing the gift's sender several times a day after being repeatedly reminded to ring recipient as only their KYC is accepted).

Clearance happened on the 26th. Since one week only one status change - an attempt to delivery, which FEDEX claimed was unsuccessful (though there was no phone call to the customer etc.).

Emails to customer service get generic and most unhelpful replies. Mr Kapil Bengale assured the tracking team would get back - no update for a week.

Really regretting decision to use FEDEX. Will not use again. Will not recommend to anyone else!
How were you able to upload the KYC documents after seeing the error 'Kyc document should be in Incomplete status'. Please mention what process you followed
