Fedex — Unable to submit KYC documents on the portal

Hi, I had ordered a parcel from China. But unfortunately, there was a mismatch from the shipper with the consignee name. I was asked to submit KYC documents of consignee - IEC certificate + an amendment letter. This was submitted by me promptly. But after that I received an email saying more documents need to be submitted from the shipper - Corrected Invoice and amendment letter from their end.
I am unable to upload these documents as I keep seeing an error - Kyc document should be in Incomplete status.
How can I upload the documents? Please help with this.
