[Resolved] Fedex — Untrustworthy unprofessional | |||||
I have purchased a product from online store which has been received on 01.08.2016 through FedEx. Unfortunately the consignee has wrongly delivered the other product instead of my ordered product. Due to that I have called the firm to replace the item. In response, the consignee booked & forwarded the airway bill and invoice copy with pick up time @ 12:00 AM to 6:00 PM on 3rd August by FEDEX with pick-up no.MAASP16. On scheduled date 3rd Aug 2016, the fedex delivery guy (Mobile No.+91 [protected]) called me at 05.07 pm and said he is gonna come in half an hour. While at that time I waited for one hour and by the mean time I was just relaxing in one of my room. All of Sudden I heard the sound of vehicle and ran and seen the FedEx vehicle which was passing my home without knocking the door or pressing the calling bell. When I called him he just not bothered me. When I called him he didn't picked my call. Again I called the FedEx Representative (+91 [protected]) who had booked the pick-up time. His mannerism of customer relation was so atrocious, when I asked his name he suddenly dropped his call. When again I called him he didn't picked my call. Again when I called he didn't responded. I again called him from other mobile number after an hour he said I'll send a person to take the delivery tomorrow I said ok. But I waited a whole day for the FedEx delivery guy and he didn't have any courtesy. When I called both the above said mobile numbers they didn’t pick up the call. With this plea, it’s high time now you guys change your name from FED-EX to FED-UP as we are really FED-UP with your Services Please look into the matter and advice/teach your representative how to behave with customers.
