I shipped a package on Friday Dec 31st 2021, and it was supposed to deliver on Monday Jan 3rd 2022 but due to some reason, It got delayed by 2 days.
My Package was very time sensitive, for which I chose Overnight shipping and paid high price for that, and for late delivery I am facing consequences.
Not only that, I was told by Fedex representative on the phone that I will get the reimbursement due to delayed delivery, if I were to call after couple of days from the delivery. And When I called after 5 days from the delivery date, I was told I am not qualified for the reimbursement and upon request to speak to Supervisor, Representative (Named: Christie) hung up the phone on me. This is very disrespectful and one of the worst customer experience I’ve ever have. Was this information helpful? |
