I return an TV brought through Amazon(Amazon Order ID:#[protected]) back to Nodia through FedEx.
FedEx Tracking ID:[protected], while taking the pickup they didn't ask for any documents other than invoice. But after that they kept the transit hold on Gurgaon, IN, when enquired they mentioned they need Form 38/39 and return the TV back to me(shipper) without proper notice.
Again i got the Form 38 from Amazon and done the transit through the FedEx tracking ID :[protected], which i had to pay again.
This time also they are holding the item in Gurgaon, IN, stating the invoice date mismatch, but to my knowledge all the dates are valid.
When checked with customer care they too not much aware what date mismatch is it.
When we hand over the pickup item, they could have checked all the details and inform us if there is a mismatch rather than in the last minute of the transit and i doubt whether they will complete the transit on time.
I have my 24000 Rs blocked in this transit for 2 months, because once the item is returned successfully only Amazon can provided the refund.
