Fedex — worst customer service too much delay in international shipments | |||
Our shipment with tracking id[protected] is in custom clearance for 2 weeks but no response we are getting from customer care that when we will our package get released as a consequence our customer has cancelled the order and we have to bear the loss for the same. Our supplier told us to take it from dhl but we forced them to send it through fedex as we need urgently but i think we have done a mistake too much disappointed Was this information helpful? | |||
