Horrible experience from the Fedex side. I was supposed to receive a package on October 26th, 22 from the US. The package had been received at the Kochi hub for the last 2 weeks as well.
FedEx has attached the wrong company name to our customs duty invoice and I had to talk with multiple people and file an official complaint with them to get some kind of response. The current status of the complaint is that they have forwarded it to the amendment team and it will take 15 days for them to make this small change.
And in between that, it seems that the delivery team's deadline is up and they are sending the package back to the sender. According to the delivery team, they were waiting on me to make payment and so their deadline passing must be a consequence of our delay. Clearly, here the error was made from Fedex's side.
It is almost like they do not have ways for internal communication as well. I don't get responses to my emails and the only response I get when I call is that they will get back to me. It feels like they are researching ways to delay our packages.
