[Resolved]  Fedex — wrong custom clearance on someone else's gstin & fooling staff

Dear sir,

First of all i am a regular fedex user. From one good experience have been emphasizing on shipping through fedex only to all my suppliers.

Now there are two issues:

1. This require urgent attention and resolution.
A shipment with tracking number[protected] was imported and
Received yesterday night. First i had to go personally collect it.
This had already invoice sent from my supplier with all details
Clearly mentioned.
Yesterday with shipment i was not given bill of entry. Upon asking
They had issued one. When checked in detail the bill of entry this
Serious error was marked by us.in the bill of entry it is "some one
Else's gst number on which shipment was cleared." also "it is
Different hsn code than the one mentioned in invoice as well."

So it is completely wrong clearance. I was continuously tracking shipment and called your call center asking continuously whether you require any documents or not. I was said if required they will contact.
For all shipments fedex always calls me in advance.

This is a serious issue, — a loss of input tax credit to me,
— i may face scrutiny for this shipment — i won't be able
To bill this material further with actual hsn code. — even if
Somehow i bill, when scrutiny comes might have to pay
Fine for this.


Fyi: have put a stop payment request on cheque given to your people for duty payment until issue is resolved. So don't deposit the cheque number 272307 given to your person.

2. Denied door delivery.
I had to call the call center twice to ask for the delivery until 6pm
In the evening. Your person denies to deliver on the delivery
Address mentioned on the invoice as it was far for him. Because
It was urgent, i had to go to fedex office at night 10 o clock and
Personally collect the shipment.
I was not even called in advance for information on duty amount
Before they deliver which usually happens.

Request you to check in to the issue 1 urgently and give me a solution.
