I had placed an order with ferns and petals, Order no. 132905 for a chocolate cake for celebrating my birthday with my Office Colleagues. Accordingly I had placed the order by paying full amount one day before and had paid extra for ontime delivery in my office address at State Bank, Park Street between 11 a.m - 4 p.m. But it was my biggest mistake. The delivery boy called me at 4:30 p.m saying he has just started and it will be another hour or so to reach my office. I called up the fnp assistance number[protected] to complain but still every time they replied my call that the order was out for delivery and they are sorry for my inconvenience. When my order had reached by 5:00 p.m and all my colleagues were leaving the birthday party without the cake, I requested the fnp team to cancel my order. The reply I got really amazed me saying that 'we can't cancel the order and they are sorry for that. Nowadays when the online websites even take your stuff back these people say they cant cancel the order even though entire fault was on their part. I did not receive my cake which I ordered, I did not get my money back and you can imagine my situation in front of my colleagues on my birthday party. I request for the refund of my amount.
