Disappointing Experience with Ferns and Petals
I have ordered a birthday cake on 22nd June 2016 through Ferns and Petals, to be delivered to my friend from Hyderabad.
The order was placed by one of their executives who shared her name as Tanushree and her contact number is : [protected]
The code of the product that I had selected is CAKECONH700
Now let's talk about the issues with the delivery...
1st - The cake wasn't fresh. My friend confirmed it was stale already when she cut it. It was smelling and was tasting even worst.
2nd - The cake wasn't having any message written over it. Rather, the message was typed over a piece of paper.
3rd - I asked for a delivery time of between 10:00PM to 10:30PM. The cake was delivered before the scheduled time @ 7:26PM. The email with confirmation of delivery is attached.
4th - The code of the product was CAKECONH700 that I chose, but the cake doesn't look anything similar to that. Pic is attached.
I have dropped an email to them next day (24th June 2016) and also called up the executive and described the issue. Ferns and Petals replied to me mentioning:
